    <summary type="html">300km 뛰고 신발 교체하면 살림 거덜나삼. 대충 신어봐서 쿠션이 예전 같지 않다 싶을때 지르면 됨. 횽아는 근수가 나가니 대충 600~800정도 뛰고 신발 교체하면 되심. 근데 M900은 performance training화라 가벼운 편인데 저위에 신발 신으면 처음엔 무겁게 느껴질텐데.</summary>
